Effortlessly sealing foil bags that encase your delectable treats, this innovative system operates by placing the product manually into a pre-blown bag, which is then carefully laid on a transverse feeding band.
In subsequent stages, any excess air within the bag is efficiently extracted, allowing for a perfect seal courtesy of a wire clip.
Professionally packaged and securely sealed, the end result can either be conveniently retrieved manually or elegantly collected on the equipped rotary table.

Automatic bread packing station

Intended for clipping bags, both paper and plastic.


  • Sliced bread, previously inserted in a pre-made wicket bag, is placed on a feeder. Then, the excess air is removed from the bag which is now closed with a wired clip. Optionally clip can be coded with a date. The ready bag is now ready to pick up manually or to collect on a rotating table.
